    摘要:

    为了准确评价某区域路网的指路标志系统现状,应先对其现状情况调查取证,收集其相关的数据。再针其现状存在的问题,构建起一个评价结构模型。模型的准则层由三个主要影响因素组成,如信息选用正确、信息无干扰、信息连续,而模型的方案层由10个小的指标组成。然后采用层次分析法(AHP法),给各项指标匹配相应的权重,进而计算出路网级指路标志系统的评分,并对其现状情况进行评价。根据评价结果,进一步评估其需改造的力度。同理于路网级评价,借助于AHP法,对单条道路的指路标志系统也可进行评价,且道路级的评价成果能指导其施工改造。研究结合黄埔区评价实例,验证了评价指标体系的可靠性和适用性,实例证明该评价体系能作出科学合理的评判。AHP法应用广泛,如工程、工业、管理、商业等行业,但用在指路标志系统评价上的研究还不太多见,故具有一定的前瞻性和可借鉴性。

    Abstract:

    Before accurately evaluating the current situation of a regional road network's guide sign system, we should first investigate its current situation and collect relevant data. Then, aiming at the existing problems, the paper constructed an evaluation structure model. The criterion layer of the model consisted of three main factors, such as correct selection of information, non-interference of information and continuous information, while the scheme layer of the model made up by ten small indicators. Then, the method of AHP was used to match the corresponding weights of each index, and so we can calculate the score of the road network-level guide sign system, and evaluate its current situation. Based on the evaluation results, the paper further evaluated the strength of the revamping. Indicator sign system of single road can also be evaluated with the same method, and evaluation results of road level may guide its construction and transformation. The reliability and applicability of the evaluation index system were verified by the case study of Huangpu District, which proved that the evaluation system can make a scientific and reasonable evaluation. AHP is widely used in engineering, industry, management, commerce and other industries. However, there are not many studies on the evaluation of guiding sign system, so the study has a certain foresight and reference.
