The real estate investment is an economical process with a great amount of investment, long construction duration and high risk. The method of the qualified evaluation and analysis on the risk of the investment of the real estate has been proposed based on the simulation techniques in this paper. The influence of the dependence of the risk variables each other on the economic outcome of an exarnole has been analyzed.
