This paper, firstly, analyzes the characteristics of knowledge workers in higher education and points out the present problems existing in the inspirational methods in higher education . Moreover , guided by the Scientific management principles of business human resourees , this paper puts forward a strategy that hightlights material inspiration as well as spiritual inspiration ; that foregrounds the perspectives of further education as well as career development ; that emphasizes individual differences in terms of inspirational elements.
