This article researches on the intelligent algorithm,with which the mainframe of the ice storage central air-conditioning matches the cool storage according to changes in extraneous temperature.The optimal controlling strategy of the ice storage central air-conditioning gives operation expense of the whole day as the target function.It can minimize the operation expense of the whole day under some constraint conditions including meeting needs for user load and melting capacity of devices for storing ice.
