In order to solve the problems which exist in traditional application programme,the MVC model and Struts structure are put forward.It introduces the theories of MVC model and Struts structure,and descripts a platform which is based on MVC model and developed with the technologies of JSP,Servlet,JavaBean in Sun's J2EE architecture.It also analyzes the implement of Web MIS in detail.
