This article summaries the concept of "essence,qi and spirit" in traditional Chinese medical science,and combining with economics,puts forward the concept of "essence,qi and spirit" in a enterprise.It divides the main functional departments in the enterprise into five zones according to the theory of wuxing,and with the method of "foster and restrain" of wu xing,analyzes the interdependence and mutual-restriction in each functional zone.
