The paper studies the basic theory of design and practice of the study style of different categorization and studying-learing specialize in track and field teaching.Through rationally categorizing students,and arranging class preparation,leading the students to study with their question,it makes them be masters of study,tries hard to provide refference for teaching innovation specialization in track and field teaching.
