By theoretical analysis and test research,this paper introduces the effect of tiny-hole laser machining parameters,such as energy of the laser pulse,width of the laser pulse,and repetition frequency of the laser pulse on the diameter and depth of the tiny hole for synthetic corundum material.Principle for proper combination for these laser machining parameters is proposed.
