This paper intends to find the current problems faced with Sci-tech Intermediary Service System and the gap between our province and others by analyzing the significance of Sci-tech Intermediary Service organs,the status quo of domestic Sci-tech Intermediary Service System,and the development status of this system in our province in recent years.It also puts forward some suggestions to the development and improvement of Sci-tech Intermediary Service System in our province.
