This paper attempts to analyze the phenomenon of beauty economy to find out the cultural reasons to explain the competitive employment situation to female students.Meanwhile,the author tries to emphasize that the beauty economy virtually undermines female students' devotion to study and work,which is a barrier to form a scientific view of employment.Therefore,female graduates should,first and foremost,establish the correct idea of personal identity and life values.
