    针对富水砂层中顶管施工时砂土易坍塌导致泥浆减阻效果减弱以及施工停顿重启时顶推力增大等问题,通过开展一系列室内顶管模型试验,研究了不同泥浆含砂量和不同静置时间对泥浆减阻效果的影响规律以及顶管顶推力的变化特性。 结果表明:随着泥浆含砂量的增加,顶管与泥浆界面间的摩擦力呈指数型增长。 纯泥浆可使顶管与土体间摩擦系数降低 90%,泥浆含砂量不超过 20%时,含砂量对泥浆减阻效果仅降低 5%;泥浆含砂量越大,静置时间对界面摩擦强度影响越大;当泥浆含砂量小于 60%,管土界面的残余顶推力不随静置时间变化而变化,含砂量达到 80%,静置 24 h 的残余摩擦强度增长约 6%~8%。

    Abstract:

    In response to the problems that the sandy soil in the water-rich sand layer is prone to collapse, resulting in the weakening of bentonite slurry friction reduction effect and the increasing jacking force caused by construction halt during the restart, a series of pipe-jacking model tests are conducted to investigate the influence of different mud sand content and different resting time on the effect of mud drag reduction and the changing characteristics of pipe jacking force. The results show that as the sand content of the mud increases, the friction between the pipe jacking and the mud interface increases exponentially. The pure slurry can reduce the friction force by 90%. When the sand content of the slurry is less than 20%, the sand content has little effect on the friction reduction effect, and the friction reduction effect is only reduced by 5%. With the increase of sand content in slurry, the effect of resting time on friction force between jacking pipe and slurry interface increases. When the sand content of the slurry is less than 60%, the residual jacking force of the pipe-soil interface is not relevant to the resting time. When sand content reaches 80%, the residual friction strength increases about 6% to 8% after 24 h resting.
