    摘要:

    通过问卷调查、文献资料等方法对江西高校三、四年级女生参加课外体育锻炼现状及影响参加的课外体育活动开展的一系列因素进行调查分析,并针对存在问题提出意见及建议.

    Abstract:

    By means of documents and Questionnaire,the present situation and effect of extracurricular physical training of girl students are shown in this paper,and a series of factors of participating in physical training in spare time are investigated and analyzed.Some opinions and solutions to the existing problems are also put forth in this paper.
