This paper first of all introduced how the National Quality Assurance Assessment was established and what it concerns.Then it manifests the guiding principles and orientation of English discipline of School of Foreign Languages of ECJTU,the reform of teaching content and Curriculum system,the talent cultivation mode of the"four basics"edcation,and the teaching quality monitoring system.Through the Assessment,tle School realizes that specialized discipline feature is of great importance to the development of one discipline.It contributes zich implication to the Englishisdiscipline of other universities as well as other disciplines of ECJTU.
