    摘要:

    为探讨职业倦怠的影响因素,以《职业倦怠量表》为调查工具对99名高校辅导员进行了问卷调查,统计结果表明:职业倦怠无显著的性别差异,但在低成就感方面未婚者较已婚者更明显,无子女的比有子女的辅导员更严重.从事辅导员工作两年以内是成就感低落出现的高峰期.

    Abstract:

    To explore the related factors of job burnout,99 college counselors are investigated by Job Burnout Inventory.The results show as follows:(1) Significant difference is not found between male and female teachers.(2) Unmarried teachers show much higher reduced personal accomplishment than those of married.(3) Compared to teachers who have children,those who have not feel lower personal accomplishment.(4) Teachers with 2-year teaching experience are the group with the highest portion of reduced personal accomplishment.
