Abstract:The implementation of supplier managed inventory (VMI) is conducive to improving the decision-making efficiency of enterprise procurement, warehousing, transportation and other channel businesses and improving the flexibility of resource adjustment under the idea and concept of supply chain management that responds quickly to user demand.In this paper, a-share manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and shenzhen from 2012 to 2016 were taken as samples and ABJ model was used for reference to test. It was found that after the implementation of supplier management inventory, the decision-making efficiency of logistics transportation cost and warehousing cost could be improved to significantly reduce the cost stickiness of enterprises.Further studies have found that after the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative, the inhibition of the above cost stickiness is further strengthened.The conclusion indicates that enterprises should actively participate in the division of labor and cooperation of the international value chain in order to obtain greater advantages brought by the improvement of decision-making efficiency of logistics and transportation costs and warehousing costs in international cooperation.
