    针对轨道车辆产品设计过程设计周期长、设计效果无法实时动态显示、设计产品不可跨平台联动等问题,提出基于Unity3D虚拟引擎的轨道车辆虚拟设计系统。基于该虚拟设计系统开发实现轨道车辆从总体设计、关键部件结构设计、虚拟拆装到虚拟运行试验的虚拟设计全过程。利用扇形碰撞检核和基于爬山法的AABB包围检测法实现高效率、高精度的人机交互操作;应用模型实例化技术降低系统模型量,实现轻量化设计;应用Ansys动态链接实现Unity3D与Ansys跨平台联动。结果表明:系统实现了轨道车辆低成本、高效率、多样式的设计过程,且对虚拟现实技术在设计应用提供了参考方向。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of long design cycle, the inability of real-time dynamic display of design effects and the non-cross-platform linkage of design products in the design process of rail vehicles, a virtual design system for rail vehicles based on Unity3D virtual engine is proposed. Based on this virtual design system, the whole process of virtual design from the overall design, key component structure design, virtual disassembly and assembly to virtual running test is developed and realized. Realize high-efficiency and high-precision human-computer interaction by using fan-shaped collision inspection and AABB enclosing detection method based on mountain climbing method; applying model instantiation technology to reduce the amount of system models and achieving lightweight design; applying Ansys dynamic link to realize Unity3D and Ansys Platform linkage. The results show that the system realizes the low-cost, high-efficiency, multi-style design process of rail vehicles, and provides a reference direction for the design and application of virtual reality technology.
