Abstract:To a certain extent, the express and local train mode of the municipality rail transit is beneficial to improving passenger service levels, increasing the efficiency of municipality rail transit and reducing enterprise costs, while determining the opening scheme under the express and local train mode is a multi-scheme, multi-objective decision problem. This paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation system for the operating schemes from the perspective of passengers and enterprises, and designed a comprehensive evaluation model for the operating scheme’s priority degree. The principle of extenics was used to establish the matter element set of the operating scheme, and the dynamic measurement conditions was given for each evaluation index; What’s more, this paper used the combined weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index; then described the degree of compliance of each scheme according to the calculated correlation degree; Finally, the best scheme suitable for the initial, medium term were given based on the results of priority degree.
