Abstract:The preparation of modified PAFC containing polysilicate salt is studied in this paper.The best technological conditions is determined.Then,the product is applied to dispose of simulated dye wastewater.The results of flocculating experiments indicate that when the optical dosage and pH values of wastewater are 10.0 and 9.0,the decoloration rate will be over 98%.

Abstract:Expansive siol is distributed widely along He-Liu expressway.The comprehensive evaluating indicators of the expansive soil on engineering characteristics,such as minal components,the basic index of physical appearance,the compacted property,swell-shrink characteristics and strength and so on,are obtained by spot sampling and laboratory tests.The optimum moisture contents of weak and meduim expansive soils are determined under the different compacted power.The reliable evidence is provided for the scientific improvement in expansive soil area.

Abstract:According to traffic safety and driving quality of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement,through carrying out a large number of laboratory test and constructing trial road and testing it,the article analyzes major evaluation indexs such as number of exposed-aggregate point,texture depth,pavement driving-noise,surface level of exposed-aggregate.Mutual relations among exposed-aggregate point,texture depth and surface anti-skidding performance are illuminated,meanwhile,test methods and appraisal degrees to specific major evaluation indexs are researched respectively.It is vitally meaningful to assure or improve quality of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement.

Abstract:To study the effect of the ground boundary on the numerical simulation of external flow field around the automobile,two schemes are made to numerically simulate the flow field around a mini-bus and the author analyzes the results.The study reveals that the different ground boundary greatly affects the aerodynamic lift and the front tire lift but has little effect on the aerodynamic drag and the rear tire lift.Precision can be improved on the basis of the moving ground in the numerical simulation of the external flow field around the automobile.

Abstract:A vertical vibration dynamic model including a discrete elastic supported beam under moving loads with its foundation elasticity stiffness abrupt change is established.Aiming at speed-raised railway,dynamic finite element method is adopted in the paper in order to analyze the dynamic responsing regularity of the track structure under the condition of the original irregularities and different velocity of locomotive passing though the track with rigidity abrupt change.The computations show that the track irregularities and rigidity abrupt change caused by failure of fastener and sleepers have notable influence on response to the track structure.

Abstract:The characteristics of composite foundation with CFG piles are studied by finite element analyzing software,and various ground treatment methods are analyzed,such as cement-soil,pile-hat-net and pile-plank,to compare the differences of the rules of settlement and the ratio of the stress of pile and soil.It is indicated by study that the settlement of subgrade is the most but the ratio of the stress of pile and soil is the least and there will be a basin of settlement on the surface of subgrade when the subgrade is treated with cementsoil;while the settlement of subgrade is the least but the ratio of the stress of pile and soil is the most and the settlement on the surface of subgrade will be more regular when the subgrade is treated with pile-plank.

Abstract:For actuated-control system at isolated intersection,the extension green time plays a crucial role in the efficiency of actuated signal control.A suitable extension green time can eliminate the wasteful green time just because of waiting for a few vehicles and make itself perform efficiently,thus improving the traffic capacity,reducing delays and traffic accidents such as rear-end accidents.The paper makes some useful conclusions by comparing two kinds of the extension green time models through simulation.

Abstract:Semantic Web is the next-generation Internet,the Semantic Web Ontology is the realization of Description Logic.In the paper,we present an approach to convert ontology into a relational database schema which stores the instances of each classes and properties in separate tables and uses some views to reflect the relationship between the OWL objects.The proposed converting method has the advantage that it does not require extensive modification of the database structure when changes occur.It is suitable for small and medium-sized ontology change.

Abstract:In view of the cascading trip induced by backup relays that affects the safe operation of the system and may even cause blackout,after investigating the defects of the existing backup protection,this paper presents a robust fault-tolerance control by backup relay protection scheme based on identifying the flow transfer,and proposes to estimate the dynamic flow distribution after flow transfer occurs.The simulation in a New-England 10-machine 39-node network by the sofesare of PSASP shows that the backup protection strategy proposed to identify flow transfer works well.

Abstract:The management of resources and scheduling computations is a challenge in a grid,because the resources are geographic distributed,heterogeneous,dynamic.This article uses the Random Advanced Petri Net model to describe scheduling problems and improve Sufferage Algorithm.It considers the time used to access and transfer the input/output data before/after the execution,and the QoS requirements of users while pursuing the minimum completing time.The results of Ameliorate Sufferage algorithm can satisfy the QoS requirements of grid users.

Abstract:在代理签名中,原始签名人能将数字签名的权力委托给代理签名人;而在盲签名方案中,签名者不能看到被签消息的内容,签名被接受者得到后,签名者不能追踪签名.结合代理签名与盲签名的优点,利用基于椭圆曲线上的Weil配对(Weil Pairing)的双线性映射,构造了一个高效的基于身份的代理盲签名方案.分析表明,该方案不仅满足代理盲签名所要求的所有性质,而且其效率也优于已有同类方案.

Abstract:With proxy signature,an original signer can delegate his signing authority to a proxy signer who signs a message on behalf of the original signer.In blind signature scheme,a signing messages are unknown to the signer,which makes the blind signature and the identity of the requester cannot be traced.Based on bilinear projection of Weil Pairing,an efficient ID-based proxy blind signature scheme is presented by combining proxy signature with blind signature scheme.The analysis shows that the proposed scheme can satisfy all the required properties of a proxy blind signature.Furthermore,its efficiency is also better than that of the exiting schemes.

Abstract:In this article,a new class of threshold ARMA-ARCH model with random delay is proposed.Its limited behavior is discussed and the sufficient condition for its convergence is obtained.This paper makes threshold ARMA-ARCH model with fixed time delay to threshold ARMA-ARCH model with random time delay,so it can better imitate many substantial problems in the real world.On the other hand,this paper popularizes the ARCH model,which makes the model more adaptive to improve application to phenomena of price behavior fluctuation in financial market.

Abstract:The problems of small sample,non-linearity,high dimensions and local minimal value can be well solved by supporting vector machine in soft-sensor modeling.In consideration of the online measurement of the component content in rare earth countercurrent extraction separation process,algorithm of SVM with RBF kennel is applied to the modeling of the rare earth extraction separation process.The selection and effect of model-parameters are discussed.Through the simulations of the model,it shows that the component content soft-sensor model based on SVM has both preferable generalization and high velocity.SVM is an effective method for rare earth extractingprocess soft-sensor.
