Journal of East China Jiaotong University was founded in 1984. It is a bimonthly comprehensive academic journal in the field of rail transit, approved by the National Press and Publication Administration and sponsored by East China Jiaotong University. The journal is ranked as a Tier-2 high-quality journal in the field of railway transportation, a key magazine of China technology, and a RCCSE China Core Academic Journal.

Since its inception, the journal has been committed to serving China’s rail transit sector by reflecting the latest research achievements and development trends in the field. It provides a platform for experts and scholars to showcase their work and actively identifies and nurtures young talents in the rail transit domain.

In recent years, the journal has deepened its reform efforts by clarifying its focus on science and engineering and strengthening its distinctive rail transit orientation. The editorial positioning is defined as “based on comprehensive engineering and technology, with rail transit as the main focus.”

We warmly welcome submissions and academic exchanges from experts and scholars.

The journal accepts contributions from both domestic and international authors, particularly high-quality academic papers in the rail transit field, especially those supported by provincial, ministerial, or higher-level funding. We especially encourage renowned experts and scholars to submit review and commentary articles, which will be given publication priority.
