After the author submits the manuscript through the submission system, the editorial office will first conduct an academic misconduct check. If plagiarism or other academic misconduct is found, the manuscript will be rejected directly.
Manuscripts that pass this check will enter the preliminary review stage. Manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical flaws, lack of valuable information, or those that do not fit the journal’s scope will be rejected by the editorial office.
The journal conducts peer review for manuscripts that pass the preliminary review. A double-blind peer review system is implemented. Manuscripts will be sent to two or more independent reviewers. For manuscripts requiring revision after peer review, authors must respond to each reviewer comment point by point and submit the revised manuscript on time. This process will repeat until the reviewers and editors are satisfied or the manuscript is rejected.
After passing peer review, the editor-in-chief will conduct a final review. The editor-in-chief has the final decision on whether the article can be published and is responsible for the entire content of the journal.
