Welcome to Submit Your Manuscript to Journal of East China Jiaotong University. To ensure your manuscript enters the review process smoothly, please carefully read and follow the instructions below:

1.    Please refer to our official website (http://journal.ecjtu.edu.cn) for detailed policies, submission procedures, and requirements. First-time authors must register before logging in and submitting manuscripts.

2.    Please carefully read the Copyright Transfer Agreement and Policies and Ethics pages regarding our copyright policy. Ensure that you fully understand and agree to the journal’s copyright arrangement before submitting your manuscript. Simultaneous submissions to multiple journals are not allowed. As the journal is a source publication for multiple databases, submission is deemed as consent to indexing unless otherwise specified.

3.    Please carefully read the ethical statement specified in the Policies and Ethics page of this website. In order to guarantee the originality of articles, the journal adopts the academic misconduct detection system developed by CNKI and Wanfang Data to test all submitted manuscripts. Any article with a high repetition rate will be rejected.

4.    Please follow the requirements in the Manuscript Preparation page carefully. Ensure that all necessary sections are included. A detailed formatting template is available under the “Download” section on the journal homepage.

5.    Please read the Guidelines section carefully before submitting. Familiarize yourself with our peer review process. Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their manuscripts. The editorial office reserves the right to make technical and language edits. If you do not agree, please state this clearly in your submission.

6.    For manuscripts that meet the requirements, a "receipt letter" including the manuscript ID will be sent within one week of receipt. The manuscript will then enter the review process. The review period typically does not exceed three months. If no notification of revision or acceptance is received within three months, the author may handle the manuscript independently.

7.    Manuscripts that do not meet our basic requirements will be rejected. Please ensure that your submission complies with the formatting guidelines, includes all necessary content, and that figures and tables meet quality standards.

8.    The APC is 250 RMB per printed page.
